Default 2019 Pulitzer Prize

Forest Gander's Be With won, which I'm entirely unfamiliar with.

feeld by Jos Charles was one finalist.

Like, by Alicia Stallings, is the other.

I don't know the Gander book, but I have read Like and enjoyed it very much. I would have liked Alicia to win the prize.

Hey, Andrew, Susan.

Big "yep" from me, Susan. Ergo, my GT thread "Pulitzer Sighs."

Now I suppose I have to check out the awardee, the other finalist. (another sigh)

I've been enjoying your work in the Translation forum, BTW. Brushing off my German enough to express something other than gushes and envy!

Best regards,
Daniel
