I'm getting ready to look at the entries for this quarterly contest in the cold, harsh light of post-New Year's Eve revelry. Gail White is the next judge up, and thus you have one more reason to check out the "Gail White" thread on "Musing On Mastery". John Mella, editor of the world's preeminent light verse journal, Light, will do the second quarter and he has revealed only to me his brutally hard challenge (heh, heh, heh). No guarantees, but I bet he will offer publication if he is duly impressed. Sam Gwynn has agreed to step in and do one of these, too, and he is tentatively penciled in for the third quarter. By the way, if you have connections for a corporate sponsorship of this contest (Tipsy would sell out immediately without any qualms), please let me know.
