In 2007, Brian Culhane was awarded The Poetry Foundation's Emily Dickinson Prize and his winning manuscript, The King's Question [1], was published the following year by Graywolf Press. Last summer he spent time at the MacDowell Colony as a writing fellow. He teaches English and film at Lakeside School in Seattle.
