Melissa Adamo graduated from the Rutgers-Newark MFA program with a degree in Creative Writing in 2012. She graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2009 with a BA in Literature and a concentration in Creative Writing. She currently is an adjunct instructor for composition and literature courses at each of the institutions above. Her poetry has previously appeared and is forthcoming in Apple Valley Review and Per Contra, respectively. And her academic articles on Sylvia Plath are forthcoming in Plath Profiles and a book, Critical Insights: Sylvia Plath (Salem Press).
