Rhina P. Espaillat

Rhina P. Espaillat’s most recent publication is And After All (Able Muse Press, 2019). She has published ten full-length books and three chapbooks, comprising poetry, essays, and short stories, in both English and her native Spanish, and translations from and into both languages. Her work appears in many journals, anthologies, and websites, and has earned national and international awards, including the T. S.

 

Andrew Frisardi

Andrew Frisardi is a writer, translator, independent scholar, and editor from Boston, living in central Italy. His poems appear lately in Able Muse, Alabama Literary Review, America, Dappled Things, First Things, Hudson Review, Measure, Modern Age, New Verse News, the Orchards, Think, and others. His most recent books, both forthcoming in 2020, are a collection of poetry, The Harvest and the Lamp (in the Colosseum Series of Franciscan University Press), and a prose study, Reading Dante in the Book of Creation (Angelico Press).

 

Dana Gioia

Dana Gioia is a poet and critic. He has published five full-length collections of verse, most recently 99 Poems: New & Selected (2016), which won the Poets’ Prize. His third collection, Interrogations at Noon (2001), was awarded the American Book Award. He has also published four critical collections, including Can Poetry Matter? which was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle award.

 

Katie Hartsock

Katie Hartsock’s first book of poems Bed of Impatiens (Able Muse Press, 2016) was a finalist for the Ohioana Prize in poetry. Her work has recently appeared or is forthcoming in Arion, Dappled Things, Ecotone, Grist, Image, Pleiades, Quiddity, and Poetry. She is an assistant professor of English and creative writing at Oakland University in Michigan, where she lives with her husband and sons.

 

 

Len Krisak

Len Krisak’s most recent books are translations of Rilke’s New Poems, 1907–1908, and Prudentius’s Peristephanon. His brand new translation of the Aeneid will appear in the fall of 2020 from Hackett. With work in the Antioch, the Hudson, Sewanee, Southwest, and PN Reviews, he is the recipient of the Robert Penn Warren, Richard Wilbur, and Robert Frost Awards, and a four-time champion on Jeopardy!

 

 

David MacRae Landon

David MacRae Landon’s poems have appeared in the Dark Horse, the Southwest Review (Marr Prize Runner-up), Think Journal, Birmingham Poetry Review, Sewanee Theological Review, Subtropics, American Journal of Poetry, Southern Poetry Review (Guy Owen Prize finalist), Harvard Advocate Centennial Anthology, and elsewhere. As an actor he has performed with the Nashville, Alabama, and New York Shakespeare Festivals, and with the Provincetown and New Orleans Tennessee Williams Festivals.

 

Edward Lee

Edward Lee’s poetry, short stories, nonfiction and photography have been published in magazines in Ireland, England, and America, including the Stinging Fly, Skylight 47, Acumen, and Smiths Knoll. He is currently working on a novel. He also makes musical noise under the names Ayahuasca Collective, Lewis Milne, Orson Carroll, Blinded Architect, Lego Figures Fighting, and Pale Blond Boy.

 

 

Hailey Leithauser

Hailey Leithauser is the author of Swoop (Graywolf, 2013) and Saint Worm, newly out from Able Muse Press. She has recent and forthcoming work in AGNI, the Cincinnati Review, the Hopkins Review, Poet Lore, and the Yale Review.

 

 

Amit Majmudar

Amit Majmudar is a widely published poet, translator, novelist, and essayist. His forthcoming poetry collection is What He Did in Solitary (Knopf, 2020), and his most recent book in the United States is Godsong: A Verse Translation of the Bhagavad-Gita, with Commentary (Knopf, 2018). Recent and forthcoming novels published by Penguin Random House, India, include Sitayana and Soar.

 

 

Mary Meriam

Mary Meriam edited the anthology, Irresistible Sonnets. She’s the author of My Girl’s Green Jacket and The Lillian Trilogy, and her poems have appeared in Literary Imagination, Poetry, Crab Orchard Review, Think, Evansville Review, and Measure.
