Uh oh, Jim's Jack seems likely to depose my own (translation: it's much better) so I'm back to square one.

I was only going to do one and I ended up with a whole sequence, damn it!
Please forgive me. I doubt I'll ever forgive myself.
Prologue
Snow White was the fairest of all,
so she fled from the wicked Queen's gall.
'Neath the seven dwarfs' roof,
she was soon to find proof
that size doesn't matter at all.
A Warm Welcome
When Snow White arrived at their door,
the dwarves couldn't have welcomed her more.
Such congenial hosts!
Now each one of them boasts
that she isn't snow white anymore.
The Queen's Evil Scheme
The Queen had a scheme: she would mimic
a beggar; try the old apple gimmick.
But her plan was a screw-up:
Snow White promptly threw up.
you see, the poor girl was bulimic.
The Prince Comes At Last
Though the prince was attractive, disarming,
he found Snow White's response less than warming:
"These dwarfs are so cuddly
so cute and so studly,
I ask you, who needs a Prince Charming?"

What a delight, Marion. Just take three and enter them. Might I suggest taking out 'for' in the fourth limerick. Anmd isn't the line in the second one beginning 'the dwarves' over-syllabled?

1001 Arabian Nights
The night when first I saw his sticky lips,
And knew I had been sent to kiss and yield,
I danced for him with swaying swirling hips
While letting my most gripping story build.
The sun was up before I finished telling
And I survived to tell another tale.
Night after night he still thinks they’re compelling
And now and then disgust tempts me to fail,
But then a story grows that must be told.
A scribe records my stories word by word.
It’s worth a lot of kisses now he’s old,
To have my stories published and be heard.

THE BOY WHO CRIED WOLF
The boy cried wolf. There was no wolf.
The town came running after.
They found the boy, unharmed and safe,
consumed by mirthful laughter.
The boy cried wolf. A wolf appeared,
the ultimate consumer.
This time no one came. The boy
then lost his sense of humor.

John, you're right I took out "for".
Which stanza do you think I should eliminate? It's hard to decide since each in its own sick way is an integral part of the story.
P.S. Do you think it's too dirty?

Oops - Scherazade is probably too dirty, didn't think of that.
I wonder if it even can be called a proper fairy tale.
I wrote one about The Ugly Duckling, but it is rather mean: proud swan ashamed of growing up in slum. H.C. Andersen was so sentimental.

Marion, I think the Queen and the Apple has to go. No, I don't think it's too dirty. But then I never do. remember, you can always have two goes.

OK, the Queen is out. Let's keep to the smutty stuff. Although I do like the idea of SW's bulimia. You know the pressure on these pretty princesses to be thin.
