My "Warhol Exhibit" poem, workshopped here, is online at kaleidowhirl.

I also have a somewhat goofy FV piece (along with a somewhat goofy photo) up at The Pedestal Magazine.

Nice poems, Toni. I remember the first one from the Algonkian workshop we were together in.

The picture . . . it's not that goofy.

David, The photo is a self-portrait taken with the camera at arm's length. When I asked my husband if he thought it was a good picture, he said he didn't know "the right answer" to that question!

Maybe your husband's goofy... The picture looks fine. Congratulations on the poems!

Whoa, that's weird - I was just talking about that poem yesterday, in an email. a couple of us were talking about how new members can often be a breath of fresh air in a place like this, and since that was the first poem I'd ever read by you, I cited it as an example. Good stuff - congrats on the publication!

Thanks David, Simon, and Rose! I've been writing for a long time, but only recently started submitting to journals. Anyway, a little success is pretty exciting.

Simon, my husband didn't know whether I'd be insulted if he said it was a bad photo or if he said it was a good photo. (The trick is, you have to know what the wife thinks before you answer.)

Toni,
The "Warhol Exhibit" poem is one I remember and was greatly impressed by when I read it again just now. The chaos poem is well done too. Cunning accumulation of horror.
Congratulations.
Janet
