2 of my translations of sonnets by Jean de la Ceppede, a fifteenth century French poet and magistrate, have been published in hard copy by the translation journal Metamorphoses, which is underwrttten by Smith, Amherst, Mt. Holyoke, and others. They were workshopped here and improved immensely by contributions from all the good folks on Translation.

Congratulations, Lance. Coincidentally, just yesterday I ran across a note written to myself to subscribe and submit to that journal. It is a worthy venue, tough competition and a credit to be very proud of.

For those not familiar with it, Metamorphosis is a print journal.

Metamorphoses is the journal of the Five College Faculty Seminar on Literary translation. Published in the spring and fall, the journal provides a forum for literary translation out of (and into) all languages, and for papers on the theory and practice of literary translation
