Default Poetry & Politics Competition

No entry fee, £200 prize, the deadline's not till the end of August, the judges promise to read all the entries themselves, international entries are welcomed, the subject may be local or international, and there's no shortage of political stuff to complain about in verse at the moment.

What's not to like? The "only one poem per entrant" bit, I guess.

Also, I don't know anything about the judges/publishers, except that they are bilingual in Dutch and English, and their press published Marilyn Hacker's renga collaboration with Palestinian-American Deema Shehabi. I looked at a few issues of their online magazine via their website, and concluded that the term "magazine" is being used very, very loosely.

Anyway, guidelines here.
