Members in THINK JOURNAL
Editor Christine Yurick has just released -- and completely sold out -- a new issue of "Think Journal," containing work by a few of us here. W.F. Lantry, E. Shaun Russell, T.S. Kerrigan, April Lindner and I are represented.
A few other writers include John Poch, Anne Stevenson, and James Matthew Wilson.
Although the initial copies have sold out, Ms. Yurick tells me she plans a second printing. The website is:

Now now, Jennifer, don't be humble. You're not "represented" -- you're the Featured Poet!
I haven't received my copy yet, but the last two issues have been spectacular, personal bias aside. It's one of the few po-mags I can bear to read cover-to-cover.

Wow! A poetry journal that sold out! I didn't think that kind of thing happened anymore!
I think it's likely because of Jennifer: her work in the issue is lovely, dexterous, compelling. The rest of us are lucky to be in an issue in which she's featured.
Shaun, I got my copy *days* ago! Kate was reading Jennifer's work to me in the car as we drove along through the wilds of suburban Maryland. The contrasts between that scene and the realities of the big easy were striking.
Maybe the Canadian postal service is on summer schedule? In any case, a treat is in store for you when it gets delivered!
Thanks,
Bill

Yes, it usually takes a solid four or five business days longer for items from the U.S. to get here. Ten days from the mailing date is my usual rule of thumb.
Incidentally, I will assuredly have my copy for next weekend, when I, too, will be driving with my wife through the wilds of suburban Maryland (she lives in Alexandria, VA, but we're planning on taking a trip out to Annapolis, MD when I'm there next Saturday). As such, I may put Jennifer's work through those same paces!

Wow. Congrats to the editor for talking you into doing this, Jennifer.
I read the Mission Statement and decided against submitting to a journal "devoted to, but not restricted to, the individual works of writer’s who live by, and believe in, Ayn Rand’s philosophy, Objectivism." But I see they've coaxed some very fine poets into contributing, and for that I salute them.

"... the individual works of writer’s who live..."?? (From the mission statement.) This sounds like a case for — Apostrophe Man!

Paul, you should be a member of the Word Nerd and Nitpicker Society.
We have a Working Committee for the Care and Protection of Overworked Apostrophes.
Excuse me, please, Thinkers, this aside is for the public weal.
(I have congratulated all and sundry on another thread.)

I've picked many a verbal nit in my time. Most of them sired by me. Congrats to those with their work in Think Journal, especially Jennifer.
