Default Matt Q at New Verse News

I have a poem at The New Verse News today called #CocksNotGlocks. It's a tad rude, as you might expect from the title, but it's still very much about the news. Honest. The title is taken from a campaign against a newly passed law that allows students in Texas to carry concealed guns on university campuses.

Love your poem, Matt, even though it's not fair, your making fun of Texas politicians - far too easy a target.

The link you attach doesn't work. Try this one:

Great work!

Nice piece, Matt! And a very interesting backstory too, which I hadn't known about.

Very funny, Matt. Props!

I love those girls (and guys?) in Texas. Proof there is intelligent life down there.

Nice piece, Matt! Perhaps I should rephrased that.

Andrew, Martin, Michael, Chris, Nausheen

Thanks all!

Chris, it was hard work to keep the double entrendres down, so to speak. I cut a line about it being pump action, and another about the reload time ...

best,

Matt
