Default American Arts Quarterly

I'm very sorry to announce that the American Arts Quarterly will cease publication after its upcoming Winter issue. The website will remain up, but perhaps only as an archive. This was a sudden decision by the editors, who wish to retire. I've been honored to be its poetry editor for 10 years and to have published wonderful poems by many Eratosphereans-- too many to list! I look forward to reading your work elsewhere.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I read it primarily for the poetry you chose, but I was glad to see articles embracing similar values in art.

Job well done!

I'm sorry to hear it too. I was interested both in the poetry published in it and in the art. Contemporary realist art is not generally what I encounter in the art museums. Thanks to Meredith for her part in an excellent venture.

I too add my thanks and appreciation to you for a job well done, and to the staff for adding much to my education in the visual arts.

Class act, and I'm happy to have had a poem in there. Thanks, Meredith.
