What a joy to hear Frost like that, Sam. Thank you.

Of course he’s astute on meter, but I really love what he says about the “mood grasping for its logic”, the discovery inherent in a poem, and the difference between the poet and the virtuoso. He was still sharp as a scalpel at what, 87? A bit hidebound on free verse, but he knew even that.
