My brother-in-law has been in need of surgery, and appealing to the Cherokee Nation for their approval. He has been turned down yet again, because the tribe supposedly does not have the money for his operation. They just keep prescribing opioids.

It reads as though I should be standing roadside, holding a sign at a highway exit ramp -- but I only wish that I were making this up.

Huzzah to the NEA. The good news is, my family should have access to the art gallery, while they starve, and go without medical care.
