I usually have really intense dreams the first night I sleep in a new home. Well, this time I dreamt that I had posted a new poem at The Deep End--the poem was terrible and I had (accidentally, somehow) posted it only three days after the previous poem, in violation of the rules. Well, do what I could to delete the text of the poem and apologize for the mistake, I couldn't set it right and the thread just kept on getting longer and longer. My God--I just had a nightmare about Eratosphere! What a dork!

Poor Aaron!! At least you didn't dream of John McCain, like I did! That false smile of his is so spooky - what a nightmare...

Perhaps there is a clue in the name of your new location, Aaron.

We know a town with that name attracted a fair amount of evil energy in past centuries.

Perhaps this dream was sent to you by the Prince of Dorkness himself?

Oh, Mark, I would love to be in Salem in Massachusetts (home of the witch-trials) but I am also quite content in the heavily forested outback of Virginia--I have only been told, so far, of one haunted house. I will do my best, all the same, to invoke the Prince of Dorkness.

ROFL! Aaron - that is soooooo funny! Thank you for sharing it with us!

And Catherine is right about John McCain - he was in our town TODAY! I woke up and learned that he was right here in Panama City, FL - YUK! Not long ago, we had a book-signing here by Oliver North which totally ticked me off. Criminals - all of them!

Anne, still reeling from your sweet comment on Sugar and Spice -

You have given us the outline Aaron, I look forward to the poem. Eratosphere dreaming. LOL

Jan

Tell us please of your dream-told doom
the poem that would not die
and who said what, where and to whom
of the nocturnal urge to versify.
