I am happy to announce the following recent acceptances. Many of the poems were workshopped here, which I've indicated with an asterisk. Thanks to everyone who helped me polish them.

"Spring Peepers"* (plus a poem I wrote for the interview: "His Poems Were Kites")
The Flea:
"Leatherback" & "A Summer Songster"*
14 by 14:
"Insects of Mass Destruction"*
MindFlights:
"A Jump-Off Place"* & "Starship Astronaut"
"Charles and The Ubiquitous Industrial Machine Explosion"* will appear in the anthology Poe Little Thing: In Space No One Can Hear You Scream (NSP Books)
Verse Wisconsin:
"Firefly Glow"
*Workshopped here at Eratosphere

I'm really happy for you too, Martin! I think I might have to have a glass of champagne tonight, to toast your success (any excuse, eh? )
Well done!

Jayne, David, Bill, Kimberly -- Thanks!
Try not to overdo it on the champagne, Jayne!
Kimberly - I'm glad you liked that insect poem. Thanks for saying so.

Janice & Jean,
Many thanks.
Janice, it's great to know that you actually remembered that spring peeper poem. Originally it was a sonnet, but I threw out the couplet and added a quatrain, which was what the poem wanted. (I try to listen to what a poem wants.)
Jean, don't forget to save me some of that champagne!
