Thanks, Andrew. I used to get CPR, then it stopped coming. I wonder if I had a subscription that expired?
I am glad to get notice of this. I love Hardy, his novels and his poetry, so I am looking forward to reading Greg's essay. Thanks to both of you.

Congrats on the pubs, Gregory. Perfect timing for me as I am currently retreading Hardy by working straight through the Complete Poems. I have been thinking a lot lately about Wessex, Robinson's Tilbury Town, and Richard Hugo's idea of the "triggering town." Also, Hugo, like Hardy, was a great elegiast, and Robinson was too, come to think of it. My synapses are making connections...
Anyway, thanks Gregory for further food for thought.

I'm eager to read this, since just last night I read with great pleasure Gregory's article on Hecht in New Walk. Thanks, Gregory, for all your insightful criticism.

Thanks, Andrew, for starting this thread and for your generous comments. And thanks to everyone else for their kind remarks. I'm hoping that the other essays in the issue (which I mention in my introduction to it) will be posted soon.
