The Evansville Review
Just received my contributor's copies today. Poems by Sphereans Susan McLean, A.M. Juster and Elise Hempel, as well as one of mine, "The Frangible Hour". Also translations by Alfred Nicol and A.M. Juster.

Reason: I had overlooked the Willis Barnstone Translation Prize winners.

Thanks for posting this, Cathy. I had been meaning to, but have been too busy to get around to it. It is a nice-looking issue with interesting poetry. I had never been in The Evansville Review before.

Congrats to you, Cathy, and Susan, on such a stellar placement! And of course to A.M. Juster (probably old hat to you!) and Elise, who seems to be on quite a roll. (And safely away from the who-wouldn't-be-jealous eyes.) Post us some photos when you can.

Siham, that's flattering, but actually no.
I was a finalist for the Barnstone Prize a number of times, but had never won, and I did get a big kick out of it. It's unusual that the namesake for the award is the judge every year, but he's the real deal and it is an honor to be recognized by him.
