Saw this in Rattle when it came out & now in my inbox. Nice one indeed! (Plus it means Anna is not only an extraordinary poet but also a scientist. Aha!)

I also saw this when it came out, and found out Anna was a scientist too. I enjoyed the poem then and now.

Thanks everyone! Yes, what with everything else going on it came as a timely reminder that I'm both a poet and, I'm going to say a former scientist. (M.Eng. Chemical Engineering. Imperial College of Science & Technology, London, 1990)
