Default Martin Elster in Autumn Sky

"Don't poem and drive," as the editor writes. Just the thing to liven an overcast day, Martin Elster's amusing "Slack Traffic."

Best,

Ed

P.S. Updated the link. Thanks, Matt.

Congrats Martin!

And here's the actual link. Ed, yours took me to a strange place. Your webmail inbox I think!

Oh yes, we've all been there! (Well, if not there, exactly, somewhere just like it.)

Congratulations, Martin. What fun.

Jayne

Ed, thanks for the announcement. And thanks, Jayne, Gregory, Ralph, Matt, and Aaron.

The Editor’s Note (which Ed quoted) made me laugh.
Ralph, I’m glad to hear “REM” gave you a guffaw and that the ride was fun (though not for the poor narrator).
Greg, green lights are what I suppose we all wish for, though that could be frustrating for all the red light people.
Jayne, yes, we’ve all been there (more than a few times I think), though on different sides of the road. I’m glad you found the poem fun.

And, by the way, many thanks to everybody who helped me polish it. The Sphere is fabulous!

Thanks again, folks.

Best,
Martin
