It’s been a long time since I’ve been here but I wanted to let you all know my poem “Worms,” workshopped here a few years ago, will be published in Ecotone, and they’re having a promotion for two weeks where you can read my poem online for free (it’s a print publication as you know) on their site. Beautifully, gently contemplated, Siham. You've reminded me to treat them with reverence. I've been turning the earth in my garden patch that is thawing back to life, and unearthing worms as I do. Their exposed presence slows me; I watch them struggle to find a place to bury themselves. (It is worm season here in New England. Mud everywhere.)
