It's great to see that Marilyn is here as a moderator. Welcome, Marilyn.

As for me, I bought Marilyn's book at West Chester summer before last, read it soon afterward, and just loved it--thanks to poems like those above.

Just a quick note to reiterate my thanks! Of course all this praise is going straight to my head, and I will be impossible to live with from now on. I'm especially grateful to those of you whom I've never met-- I appreciate so much your taking the time to post--and it's hugely gratifying to hear from folks I know (Alicia, Gregory, Paul, thanks so much!).

I will try to do the very best I can as moderator. I still feel a little uneasy, because I'm so new to these environs-- but I'd be happy to hear from anybody who has suggestions, concerns (within reason), and / or questions that I might be able to find answers to.

Onward and upward with our Musing on Mastery--
