Regarding the P.L. appointment, I'm still perched firmly on Cloud 9 because of it, and I'm likely to stay up there for a while. I consider it an extraordinary honor, and still can't quite believe it. On the other hand, if I see any of you at AWP Chicago or at West Chester next June, I'd much appreciate your addressing me as Marilyn Taylor, Empress of the Known Universe, Cheesehead Poetry Division.
