Hi folks,

The second external reader for Cambridge University Press has just recommended publication, with some understandable edits, of my draft monograph The First European: Staël, Romanticism & Revolution, 1786-1830, for their series Studies in Romanticism. I believe it will be the first non-British volume in that series. Notably, they want me to add a new introduction (I was up against a word limit before). I am hoping to see this in print by late 2022- early 2023.
