Jayne, Thank you. You deserve a medal for services to us bunch of losers -- or maybe a grateful limerick to your calloused fingers.

Ah, thank you, Martin. How kind

This morning my laptop had a stroke or something. I'm hoping it's not going to be terminal, but the prognosis isn't too good

Meanwhile, I'm borrowing my husband's little netbook and it's my eyes that are feeling the strain, rather than my hands!

PS. We aren't losers - the judges obviously mislaid all our entries, that's all.

Of course they did. This was an adultery-themed competition. The entries were all about getting mislaid.

Haha, very good, Chris. (You could say we all got screwed!)

Ah, Jayne - I feel your pain.
Eyewise, that is, I share such strain.
I don't begrudge you a wee "complain"... (shut up, Annie...)

However, all the more kudos to you for posting those results. Thank you!

Thank you, Ann.

My laptop is in the PC hospital and I'm waiting for the good doctor to ring me as to whether the operation was a success. (I do like this little netbook but the writing's much smaller than I'm used to.)

As for posting the LitRev results, having taken on the 'job', I think I shall probably have to continue typing them out once a month for the time being; there doesn't seem an easy way to do it electronically, unlike The Speccie and The Oldie.

I don't mind, really, as it's only four poems - but I'm glad it's not a weekly comp all the same!
