Here's an almost-original poem by Mr. Wolsh:
I wandered lonely as a nerd
Who’s trodden in some doggy turd
Until I found what I had missed:
Fulfilment as a plagiarist.

Good to know, John. Don't be surprised in the near future if you see a few dozen of your own poems on the site attributed to yours truly, since it doesn't really matter who gets the credit.

I just heard back from them again. They said: "Thank you for your interest, we will look into this matter and contact that user .
Kind Regards."

I did the same as Roger, seems they are quite efficient, as they contacted me promptly.
I like poemhunter, it's a free service but I suspect it is mangaed by a tech head who has never read a poem in his life, the Arabic guy who contacted me had little command of written English.

Roger - haven't you tumbled to the possibility that John Whitworth is, in fact, Cassey Wolsh? Tell me - have you ever seen them together? See?
I also note that all of Cassey's poems on Poem Hunter were written (or at least posted) in a two month period in 2009. He/she appears to have found something else to do since then. Possibly seeking the Republican Presidential nomination. (Don't laugh - consider some of the alternates.)

He wrote me, too. He mumbled some crazy excuse about having a better grasp of the centuries of poems written in Arabic. I thought, "Yeah, sure, buddy. As if."

But who is this mysterious "he" who is behind Poem Hunter? I'll bet none of the "real" poets represented there have asked to be included among the amateur tripe (apparently anyone can post their poems) and the plagiarisms. One is known by the company one keeps.
John, I find it hard to believe that you would be unperturbed if you discovered that someone (for instance the Swedish hack Joice G. Landdin) had published a passel of your poems under her name, and having built up a rep began to enter contests and win them, culminating with the prestigious https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T._S._Eliot_Prize
You protest, but even we your Spheriod friends are dubious about whether you really wrote those excellent poems in the first place? Obviously, or so it seems, you have been plagiarizing some talented poet all along. Editors will shun your work, Les Murray no longer trusts you, and other editors begin to ask for their money back.
Another problem arises. Your poems are sometimes changed just a little to throw off the google plagiarizing machine and your reputation begins to fade along with that of Joice.
