Better than Aaron's anti-capitalist thread-titles!

I think it has a bit of relevance at a forum like this. Capitalization is something most people learn in elementary school, isn't it? What's so hard about using it in the first and most visible thing one sees of a post you make at the forum - the thread title?

People visiting the forum are going to think some uneducated, lazy teenager is posting here.

the only people who will think that, kevin, are those whose brains are too old, too slow, and too decayed to keep up with changes to linguistic convention, which are, after all, arbitrary and subject to change

since I can both think and write circles around you (I do not say this in self-praise; there are many poets here I consider my superiors), your fusty opinions about capitalization mean nothing to me

have a lovely evening

What convention is that? Increased laziness? Texting?

Please show me any school or university or grammar that teaches people not to use any capitals in titles.

No kidding, you are good at making yourself dizzy and unable to see things clearly.

It's not necessary for my opinions to mean anything to you. Go by reality. Do titles and headers in most spheres, especially in more educated spheres of society, not use capitals?

rather than grounding my actions in arcane, arbitrary authorities, I instead ask what I wish to achieve, and how I might effectively achieve it

my motives for not capitalizing (some of) my thread titles is largely aesthetic, though I do enjoy knowing that it annoys the sadly small-minded

That's true, Kevin, but luckily you don't post that much.

Tastes change. Time for a laugh? Is this Business Class or business class? — My customary disclaimer about anything that follows the link.
