Ah, yes, it's working now. Must've been a temporary problem with the site.

EDIT: After reading that article I will say that while it's quite interesting I do think I'm talking about something quite different. The dipodic verse Stallings is talking about would seem to only apply to certain works, while I think what I'm talking about would apply to all poems. At least, I doubt there are any that we will read straight-through in nothing but a iambic rhythm in terms of the sense/syntactic relation to the meter and its variations.
