Don't we all Sam? We all speak many dialects. When I get drunk in England I speak New Zealandish and when I get drunk in Australia I speak Knightsbridge.
When I shop in Australia I speak cautiously. Especially in Queensland.

From the late, great Mitch Hedberg:
I'm dating a woman named Lynn, but right before her, I was with this other woman named Lyn.
Every night, that extra n. Talk about pressure.

Henry sounds almost authentic! Maybe Nashville is in his future.

Stee-yul, I ca-yaint he-yulp but wonder wha-yat other Southerners ha-yuv considered as "proper" may no-yut be proper at aw-yul.
"No-yut" at "aw-yul"...Sam, talk about a tongue-twister!
Henry, are you also an actor? That's damn good, but you need more Southern and less Western. (Our Southern cohorts will have to confirm me on this, as I'm probably off on the state lines.) A little deeper and you could almost be the voice on this song (wait a couple seconds for the bleeps to stop):

Did Clay hit it on the nose with "Okie"?

Henry, that's brilliant! You ought to do stand-up comedy.
Sam: thanks for the challenging and entertaining thread. LOL. My ego needed a bit of deflating.
