Default Brag, brag, brag

For those of you who read the New York Sunday Times, that’s my wife Valori’s grandson, Mark Herzlich (my step-grandson), and his wife, Danielle, in the feature article on page one of the Sports Section. I think it’s safe to say that grandma is a proud lady.

Speaking of which, Val also has a few illustrated children's books out. The most recent - August publication - is a words-and-art collaboration with Wilbur Poetry Award winner (and Powow buddy) Midge Goldberg.

I remain the best cook in the family.

Congratulations on all counts!

Here's a link to the wonderful children's book.

And here, if it works and there's not an annoying paywall, is the front page of the sports section, with the photo, if you scroll down. Congrats to all involved!

Congratulations to Valori! On both counts!
And to you of course.

It's a shame I didn't get to see you when you were recently in New York, because that would have meant six weeks of good weather.

Best,
Allen

I get a different page of small items each time I follow Maryann's link so I'm not sure what the story was, but the books, the books! Well done, Valori.

As the earlier links may not work, here's the one I found via Google. It is a great story, Michael. Congratulations to Valori and Mark!

Thank you, Claudia. Now I understand. Well done those who made that young man.
