Wow, what a wonderful surprise to find this! (It was a long day, full of hard work, so I'm late to see anything.) Thanks so much for the shout-out, Andrew F! And thank you for such an amazing response, Andrew M, Jayne, Cathy, Nemo, Matt, Susan, and Martin! Your words mean so much to me, all of you. I hadn't shown this to anyone before submitting, so my expectations were low, as has been my energy level after the election gut-punch. I wrote the poem to retrieve some sense of balance.
