Hey David—I was informed (some time ago) that your book had in fact arrived. I was getting worried... Really looking forward to digging into it when I visit home late spring. It’ll also be nice to have it with me on that wonderful 13-hour flight back (at least I don’t smoke anymore).

Oh good! Thanks, James. I should bring something else with you for the flight back, though. Otherwise you'll be subjecting its repeated readability to severe stress-testing. I'm not sure it can sustain 13 hours of it.
