Default New collection: Grotesque Singers

My new collection, Grotesque Singers, is available now from Dos Madres Press. Many poems may be familiar--the Sphere is thanked first in my Acknowledgements. Cover art features a copy I painted of Cabanel's Birth of Venus at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Thanks folks,

I apologize for the manic spiel on the web page. I'm having it cut back to the first paragraph, which will also eliminate a typo/spell check error and a math discrepancy. It's a very 19th century review of a new book written by its author. I was going to have it signed Albert Burgesser, but everyone would see right through that.

RM

Eh: I kept the manic spiel. Just corrected a few typos.

Thanks for getting this out there, I'm looking forward to it.

I have to ask, which of your crowns made the cut?

Thanks Nick,

Three of four crowns made the cut. I cut the one that had subjects that would be recognizable no matter how profoundly I changed their names.

One of the three, Night, which I never brought here, won the Kim Bridgford Sonnet Crown award at Poetry by the Sea.

Rick
