You'll remember that there was a call for light verse, for a bakeoff scheduled later this month. X.J. Kennedy is our judge, hosted by John Whitworth.
Tim Murphy asked me to set up a membership for Joe Kennedy, since he'll need to be able to post if the bakeoff is to work smoothly. So I've done that, and I'm really looking forward to this event.

Joe is doing light calisthenics, stretching exercises, going through drills with his workout team - getting set for his appearance as Distinguished Guest. I went for a run in the Park yesterday, and he and his entourage blew past me, juggling double rhymes. Very impressive.
