Look at what Gail's kind announcement has wrought! Congratulations to everyone.
Since I've been remiss in donating to the Sphere lately, I plan to do my (too) small part by asking Miriam to send my $40 directly to Alex. If anyone else follows suit, Miriam could combine the payments in a single check.

Upon my acceptance this morning I had asked Miriam to donate my $10 to Alex (Eratosphere). I see you and Duncan have done the same. So, we have $60 so far! Let's see how much more we can collect!
