Ann, so you did see that old restore that was on oh so briefly as I wrestled for hours on end with computer and software, and nothing seemed to work! Well, that very old backup from several years ago was the only one that worked without problem, but if I'd given up and gone with it, we'd have lost everything from 2011 onwards ... so, it's good I didn't relent and stayed with it until the system and all of the most up-to-date data took and behaved as they should!
