LIFE ON THE HILL

No one can tell me,
Nobody knows,
Where a life comes from,
Where a life goes.

It's flying from somewhere
As fast as it can,
And if I can keep up with it
I'm still a man.

But if I stopped running
Wherever it blew
I should know that my life
Had been going there too.
