Sonnet Shortlist
My poem "Bones" is on the (fairly long admittedly) shortlist for the Better Than Starbucks Sonnet Contest. I see Cathy Chandler there too. There may be other familiar names. Yaay!

Congrats Mark and Catherine!
I know it's hard sometimes to not soften or run down your own accomplishments, but you should feel proud.

Congratulations to you and Catherine. The list is long, but there were over 900 sonnets entered in the contest so for every sonnet on the list there were 20 that didn't make it.
Other names that stand out here at Erato, though some have not been active here in recent years:
Max Gutmann (two sonnets)
John Beaton
Richard Wakefield (two sonnets)
Melissa Balmain (two sonnets)
David Rosenthal

Congrats! Bones, eh? I don't think I remember that one. I look forward to seeing it and all the others. Well done, Mark.

Bravo, Brava, and the best of fortunes to you both (only one can win, of course) so like the cat in Animal Farm, I'm hedging my bet.
