Hi Richard,

To answer your question, I did have a small disconnect on first reading over the drone and package being one entity at times, but reconciled it as a matter of the recipient's probably perplexed perception.

Here's something I pulled from the internet:

How to format dashes?
In Windows, press the Alt key followed by 0150 for an en dash. For an em dash, press the Alt key followed by 0151 (you need a numeric keypad). On a Mac, press Option+hyphen for an en dash and the Option key followed by Shift+hyphen for an em dash.

In addition, I think em dashes are what you are intending. Also—I think—there should be no spaces between lettering and dash. When they fall at the place where a line breaks, I've put them both at the end of the top line or at the beginning of the following line. I don't know which way—or if neither way—is correct.

Jim

Hi Jayne, Jim.

Apologies for my tardiness.

it's shouting IF IT'S ALL in capitals, Richard.

I hear you, but wouldn't it be all capitals? Aren't all emphases equal here?

I don't know which way—or if neither way—is correct.

Me either, though in fairness I was going for en dashes (the British equivalent) and the do come with a space at either end (as far as I can tell.)

Richard, this instantly made me think of Philip K. Dick. One of his concerns was technology taking away our freedom of choice. I like how you've developed this. It's a strong idea well done. Send it out to a flash journal. There are lots of them. Maybe check out Flash Boulevard.

Hi John,
thanks for the feedback, and the journal suggestion, much appreciated.
