My 23-year-old niece and godchild, Dale Trumbore (already the winner of many national music composition awards and commissions), is seeking Kickstarter donations to fund a CD of soprano Gillian Hollis singing three of Dale's art song cycles. One cycle, "Snow White Turns Sixty," sets 12 fairy tale poems by women poets including me, Annie Finch, Diane Thiel, and Barbara Crooker, and another is based upon Sara Teasdale poems.

I feel a little guilty introducing commercialism into a poetry forum, but a mere $15 donation secures a copy of the CD (shipping included)--how can you beat that?!
