Found a home for Shevchenko's "Testament" in English

My translation of Taras Shevchenko's "Testament"/"Заповіт", easily one of the most famous and universally known poems in Ukrainian, has found a home with the EastWest Literary Forum in the 'Poets of Ukraine' series

(I went ahead and posted a reading of it in Ukrainian on my soundcloud)
