Nice line-up Roger, really swell.
And Everyman's? Well, I'm impressed.
I do so love the villanelle!
Its haters hate, but what the hell,
the hater is a household pest.
Lice pile up, Roger, and they swell
with hate. They start to smell.
But I'll take hex in anapest!
I do so love the villanelle.
Balbo? Barnstone? Kane as well?
And Stallings?! It's a treasure chest!!!
Nice line-up Roger. Really swell!
And when we see this show-and-tell
I'm sure you'll shine with all the rest!
I do so love the villanelle.
So stand down haters. This will sell,
with White and Merriam and Espaillat!
Nice line-up, Roger. Really swell!
I do so love the villanelle!

Good one, Rick. A coupe de ville. I'll clip this out and put it in the back of the book once I get it. Lice do pile up!
Best,
Ed

This is spectacular news. Congratulations. You are indeed in good company. But so are Thomas, Bishop, Roethke, et al.

Are they villan- elles if they're written by women and villan- ils by men?
This will be unlike any other book in my poetry collection.
April next year is quite a way off so I look forward to another thread telling us we can now order the book.

Roger & others, kudos. Is there a web-posting about the publication where we can keep up with contents, contributors, sources for purchase?
